What is Arena One?
Arena One is a new company in live entertainment, reimagining how the world experiences live content. We're combining tomorrow's technology with a familiar theater format to create an unparalleled type of live experience for artists and audiences.
Are Arena One experiences like movies?
Not at all. This is a live show that brings an artist to many venues simultaneously for a truly immersive and sensorial performance - where you're in the middle of a show made just for you.
Will the Artist be at the theater in person?
Not quite, but it'll be like you're in the front row at their show. Arena One uses next-gen technology to bring live performances from our studios to audiences around the world in real time. You'll experience the energy of a live show and interact and connect directly with the artists—and fans across multiple venues—at the same time.
What is the total run time of an Arena One show?
This is a live show so run times can vary (just like any live show). You can expect it to be around 90 minutes but it will be up to the entertainer!

Why isn't the event playing at a theater near me?
Arena One shows are exclusively at venues specially equipped with our proprietary technology to deliver live, interactive expriences.
What can I bring in to the theaters for an Arena One show?
You can bring the same items as allowed in your local theater's policy. Check your venue site for more info.
Can we dance and sing throughout an Arena One show?
Absolutely - Its not only allowed, we encourage it! Arena One's shows are meant to be truly immersive and interactive, for audiences and artists. Have fun, dance, sing and have an absolutely great time!

Where can I buy tickets and check showtimes?
Tickets and showtimes for all partner venues are available on Atom Tickets www.atomtickets.com or AMC www.amctheatres.com.

If I buy a ticket online, how do I get it?
Your ticket will arrive via the email you used to place your order. If you are an Atom Tickets account holder you'll be able to log in and retreive your ticket directly from your account.
Why are Arena One events priced differently than a regular movie ticket?
Arena One's live experiences happen in movie theters, but are not movies. They are live, real-time interactive performances with your favorite artists, packed with curated content and immersirve moments. Think of it as an intimate concert, not a traditional film.
I purchased my ticket outside of Atom Tickets from a third party seller, how do I know if it's legitimate?
We do not reccommend purchasing tickets from third-party sellers and cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased outside of the Arena One Ticket platform powered by Atom, or directly online or in-person from the theater box office.
How do I get a refund or exchange my tickets? Why are tickets non-refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable. Your ticket is only valid for use once for your designated show location and time. Given the nature of the experience it is a one time show and refunds will only be given in the event of artist cancellation or venue techical issues.
Do you offer group ticket discounts?
Not at this time, however tickets are available in blocks of 10 via Atom Tickets. Call your local theater for more information
Will Atom users get special discounts or perks for Arena One shows?
Not at this time, however you can get rewards points for your purchases according to your rewards program terms and conditions.

How can I purchase merchandise if I missed it while purchasing with my ticket?
Our show merchandise is available from onsale date until 2 weeks post-show at: www.globalarena.one/merch
What is the typical shipping timeline for merchandise delivery?
Our merchandise items and order windows will vary from show to show, but you can expect at least at minimum a 1 week window from order to delivery. For custom items like framed or signed posters the delivery window may be longer. Please see your order confirmation email for more details and reach out to our support team for more info. What is the VIP Lanyard?
The VIP lanyard is an interactive light up badge that is real-time synced to the artist's music no matter which theater you are in. With this badge you can unlock special on-site perks for the show while you enhance your shared concert experience.
