What is Arena One?

Arena One is a live entertainment venue, powered by next gen technology to bring creatives and fans together in a shared interactive experience. Hosted in movie theaters around the globe, our network powers entire world tours in one night.

Are Arena One experiences like movies?

Not at all. Arena One shows are fully immersive shows where your favorite artists are performing LIVE just for you in our custom studio, and you get to experience the performance in real time in venues around the world. With our next gen technology, every seat is the best seat.

Will the Artist be at the theater in person?

No, Artist One shows leverage next gen technology where our artists perform live on site in our studios and audiences around the globe get to experience the show in real time. Our technologies allow audiences across venues to interact with each other and provide the opportunity for artists to engage one-on-one with audience members directly.

What are the benefits of attending an Arena One show?

Arena One experiences offer up-close and personal intimate shows with your favorite artists, with fewer lines, exciting interactive moments, accessible spaces, and a more comfortable environment for audiences at a great price-point. Beyond the ease of navigating to your favorite artists performance, our shows offer a more planet-friendly touring option for artists, leaving the jets and tour buses behind - reaching fans all over the world at one time.

What does live interactive mean for an Arena One show?

Arena One connected venues offer a broad range of interactive experiences, from moments of live on-screen crowd sourced content, to active chats and competitions with global friends and fans during the show, to in-theater moments tailored to each show and city, and the option for artists and audience members to interact directly with each other in real time.

What is the total run time of an Arena One show?

This is a live show so run times can vary (just like a real concert). Artists will be performing for a minimum of 75 minutes. The average experience will be 2.5 hours but all shows will vary.

Will your events be available on DVD, Livestream or on streaming services?

Our shows are a one time only live experiences, but in the future they may be available in special edition versions including new perspectives on the performance and BTS content. Follow Arena One on social media for updates on new content releases.

How do I send Arena One show information to family and friends?

All show information will be published on our social media channels and website for easy sharing. You can also share your excitement for the show when you purchase tickets on Atom, there's a sharable link when you purchase tickets.

Why isn't the event playing at my closest/favorite theater?

Arena One events are shown at theaters configured with a proprietary technology needed for our live experiences. Let us know what theaters you prefer so we can continue to expand our connected venue network.

Can I sell or share tickets for an Arena One show once they're purchased?

Tickets purchased as a block can be forwarded from the original ticket confirmation email, however, everyone in your party must be present together to enter the theater. Tickets purchased by existing Atom ticket members can be forwarded as individual QR codes using the Atom app. We encourage you to sign up as a registered Atom member to access this perk in the future! If you are having issues at the venue accessing the event you need to contact onsite management.

Why are there tickets available for sale at one theater and not another for the same show?

Arena One events are shown at theaters configured with a proprietary technology needed for our live interactive experiences. Let us know what theaters you'd like to see connected so we can continue to expand our network of connected venues.

What can I bring in to the theaters for an Arena One show?

You can bring the same items as allowed in your local theater's policy for outside food and beverages.

Can we dance and sing throughout an Arena One show?

Absolutely - We not only allow it, we encourage it! Arena One live events are meant to be truly immersive and interactive, for audiences and artists. Have fun, dance, sing and enjoy the show!

Can I bring merchandise, handmade posters or banners into the theater?

You can bring the same items as allowed in your local theater's policy for outside items.

Where can I buy tickets and check showtimes?

Tickets and showtimes for all partner theaters are available on Atom Tickets.

If I buy a ticket online, how do I get it?

Your ticket will arrive via the email you used to place your order. If you are an Atom Tickets account holder you'll be able to log in and retrieve your ticket directly from your account.

What if I didn't receive a confirmation for my online ticket purchase?

You have upcoming events listed, but I can't figure out how to buy tickets. What's going on?

Tickets to Arena One live experiences go on sale a few weeks before the show. Sign up to receive our update emails on our website: www.arenaone.com and follow us on our socials for real-time updates and information. When the tickets go on sale, they will be available at www.atomtickets.com.

Do you offer group ticket discounts?

Not at this time, however tickets are available in blocks of 10 via Atom Tickets.

How do I get a refund or exchange my tickets? Why are tickets non-refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable. Your ticket is only valid for use once for your designated show location and time. Given the nature of the experience, it is a one-time show, and refunds will only be given in the event of artist cancellation or venue technical issues.

Are tickets transferable to another person?

Yes - however the original ticket QR code must be used and can only be used once to gain entry. If you are a member of Atom Tickets and purchased through their site, your tickets can be shared with friends and other party members via the app. Each ticket will gain one entry to the show.

Why are Arena One Events priced differently than a regular movie ticket?

Arena One live experiences happen in movie theaters, but are not movies. These are live shows, featuring some of your favorite artists, with curated content and immersive opportunities. Unlike a concert film, our shows are happening in real-time. They're more of an intimate concert and less of traditional film.

I purchased my ticket outside of Atom Tickets from a third-party seller, how do I know if it's legitimate?

We do not recommend purchasing tickets from third-party sellers and cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased outside of the Arena One Ticket platform powered by Atom, or directly online or in-person from the theater box office.
